dear all,

   i downloaded the no-ip client and wanna install it to my debian 4.0. but
when i input make there is tons of compiling error which is about missing
the .h files like stdio.h, stdlib.h..........many many .h files missing....

   i have installded the gcc, and also the related lib such as libc6,
libc6-i686 etc.

   what can i do to solve the problems. thanks a lot.

大家好，本人買了一部 eeepc 所以想多學多了解 linux 。

從多處的文章給我的訊息是 xandros 是 debian 的一種，但實質上又有什麼分別呢？

另外，本人在嘗試安裝 wine 1.0 時發現有部份的 dependency 用了 xandros 取代 etch 的，這又是為了什麼呢？

大家好，我係linux o既初學者，多多指教。

我有一部Athlon 2200+，裝完debian之後都冇問題，但第二日開機，個monitor 唔識跳去綠燈，應該係冇信號輸入，但聽聲就應該boot到機，咁我就拆張display card 再插過試下，但都係冇信號。

咁我就換另一張display card，今次就有信號，但個X-windows 就入唔到，可能係驅動程式問題，咁我就以為係之前張display card 壞左，咁我又重裝個debian一次。裝完又好正常番。

How do i setup to use my ubuntu laptop to use the hong kong public library broadband. it's too easy for windows...just plug and it's connected, but for Ubuntu i have no idea. please help

I have installed Ubuntu 7.10 which can recognise the Intel GMA X3100 display chipset. All USB and card reader are okay.

Ubuntu cannot recognise the sound card.

我的系统是etch4.0r1 ,看ctex里的介绍说tetex是linux下最完整的tex，所以就装了它，但是看起来只有latex里才有cjk包，应该是可以用在tetex吧，也许还要多些步骤，想确认一下 因为做ns，我想用R作分析，在编译R的时候，如果需要make dvi,系统会告诉我没有latex，但是tetex已经装在上面了 看起来，不管是处于上面哪个原因，都是用latex比较好，但是tetex应该也可以做到，前者也许只需要配置，后者该怎么办，怎么让R认它为latex

I am using Debian Etch with OpenOffice 2.04.

There are a problem on  from Wizard .

I created a table but i can't get the form wizard to open . The form wizard will stop on half way.

When you try to use the form wizard to create a form , you should see the problem.

I have searched on Google and find that :
