[問] How to install ming_uni.ttf

After downloading ming_uni.ttf, hope to install HK font,
I do not know how to install it?

Pls give me hints of intalling ttf file.
I am using Debian Sarge.

During the "dpkg -i", I encounter some messages
which requires me to install more packages,
they are
libglib1.2_1.2.10-9_i386.deb
libxdelta2_1.1.3-6_i386.deb.
