    Block the hard coded nodes IPs for Skype : (this must be done on the gateway or the firewall)

    i'm assumed you're a LAN Administrator. So FORCE your users to remove the cached list if they had already installed Skype, that would be in $HOME/.Skype/shared.xml on linux paltform. For Windows it is somewhere in /Documents and Settings/Application Data/Skype/shared.xml, for Macintosh it's in /Libaray/Application Support/Skype/shared.xml

    That's it.
