我們在Debian4.0配置幾個户口給同學,而同學自行安裝gallery2x,當用小程式上傳圖片時要求安裝jpegtran,但是我們用apt-cache search jpegtran也找不到需要安裝的套件,請問如可安裝到呢? 另外當我安裝gallery1x設定時需要imagemagick, 我們也找不到需要安裝的套件,請問如可安裝到呢? 希望可以指點迷津 坡坡上

大家好，我係linux o既初學者，多多指教。

我有一部Athlon 2200+，裝完debian之後都冇問題，但第二日開機，個monitor 唔識跳去綠燈，應該係冇信號輸入，但聽聲就應該boot到機，咁我就拆張display card 再插過試下，但都係冇信號。

咁我就換另一張display card，今次就有信號，但個X-windows 就入唔到，可能係驅動程式問題，咁我就以為係之前張display card 壞左，咁我又重裝個debian一次。裝完又好正常番。

我的nas modup成debian想加裝pptp vpn server, 用apt-get install pptpd後仍不能登入, 老是出619 error. 不知如何解決, 望各高人指教.

置sudo命令：
Ctrl+Alt+F1，使用root身份登录终端，输入命令#visudo或 ＃visudo -f /etc/sudoers，在文件最后一行添加：username ALL=(ALL) ALL，username指代你的用户名，保存退出即可使用sudo命令。

配置ADSL上网(pppoe)：
1、从cd安装pppoeconf
sudo apt-get install pppoeconf

2、配置pppoe
sudo pppoeconf

一路点击yes，中间填入帐号用户名（如电话号码）和帐号密码

我的系统是etch4.0r1 ,看ctex里的介绍说tetex是linux下最完整的tex，所以就装了它，但是看起来只有latex里才有cjk包，应该是可以用在tetex吧，也许还要多些步骤，想确认一下 因为做ns，我想用R作分析，在编译R的时候，如果需要make dvi,系统会告诉我没有latex，但是tetex已经装在上面了 看起来，不管是处于上面哪个原因，都是用latex比较好，但是tetex应该也可以做到，前者也许只需要配置，后者该怎么办，怎么让R认它为latex

我照wiki內的方法設定scim，如在登入時選擇用繁體中文（台灣），則中文可如常輸入，沒有問題，但用英文進入時，則scim沒有自動開啟，

手動打/usr/bin/scim -d 後，開啟了scim,但按Ctrl + space卻不能轉換中文輸入，試了很久也不行，有人知道原因嗎？如何解決？

I created a table but i can't get the form wizard to open . The form wizard will stop on half way.

I have brought a new HP Compaq n6515b notebook which came with  AMD Turion(tm) 64 MK-38 CPU.

This noteBook is very new model form HP. I think it was lunched in HK at Apr 2007.

Actually , there are many problems to install AMD64 bit linux OS for a new model notebook.

This notebook took me one week to install the AMD64 bit Linux on it.

I am going to post my feeling and problem facing in the Blog. Hope to share with the Debian lovers.

Problem 1 : Choose of Debian Linux version

Linux -image-2.6.18-4-amd64- SMP

But it does not recognized the Dual core AMD CPU. the CPUinfo was shown below:
